Hi, I’m Trin. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with experience in various styles of fitness– collegiate volleyball, Crossfit, bodybuilding, and endurance training. I help women build strength, confidence, and resilience through customized resistance training programs and holistic support. I believe fitness should be functional, fun, challenging, and purposeful, helping you to show up stronger and more confident for yourself, your family, and your community. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise as a Women’s Coaching Specialist with Girls Gone Strong.
